The 10th Ritinjali Second Chance Golf Tournament

The tenth edition of Ritinjali's Second Chance Golf tournament, presented by Hughes, in association with Indorama and Hitachi Payment Services, was held on 20th November, 2015 at the Delhi Golf Club. The idea of the Second Chance Golf tournament originated from our Second Chance School in Mahipalpur, Delhi where we attempt to educate urban, deprived young adults who unfortunately had to end an educational chapter in their lives.

The tournament commenced with an inaugral tee off by Mr Pranav Roach, President Hughes and Major General Vestop Namgyel, Ambassador of Bhutan to India, following which staggered tee offs began for each group. We were delighted to have a total of 84 golfers take part in the tournament this year, including star golfer Jasjit Singh.

The Second Chance Golf Tournament organised by Digraj Golf had a unique playing format with surprises and contests built into each experience. The tournament leverages the medium of golf to successfully raise funds, which over the years, has helped tremendously in providing impetus to various initiatives at Ritinjali
