Ritinjali started its vocational program in 2005 with a mission to integrate young individuals into the workforce. These vocational centres empower individuals from underprivileged communities by providing good-quality training opportunities to become financially independent. Ritinjali runs two vocational courses, which are affiliated to the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) Certificate in Computer Applications at Mahipalpur and Cutting, Tailoring & Dressmaking at Mahipalpur and Kusumpur Pahari, Vasant Vihar. These courses have proved to be a boon for the people of the local community, who flock to the centre to acquire these skills. The centres were granted affiliation in the year 2005 and have been empowering the youth of the community with skills to earn a livelihood and stand on their own feet. Over the years, more than 400 students have completed either one of these courses.

Cutting and Tailoring Vocational Centre: The students are taught both theory and practicals of tailoring and dressmaking. A dedicated teacher conducts the class, demos, and hands-on activities with the students. The students learn the art of cutting, stitching, designing, embroidery and also learn more about measurements and basic skills of dress designing. The centre is equipped with regular machines, power machines, as well as fashion maker machines and can accommodate up to 30 students in a batch.
