Second Chance School

Established in 2003 by Ritinjali, the Second Chance School is a ground-breaking residential education and skill development initiative. Catering to disadvantaged students from across the country, we aim to empower young adults aged 18-24 who missed their first chance at education.

Our transformational two-year program focuses on equipping these students with 21st Century skills, including critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, communication, financial literacy, technology literacy, leadership, and social skills. Coupled with spoken English lessons, expressive arts, sports, industry-based apprenticeship, and technical education, we prepare our students to secure jobs and integrate into society as responsible citizens.

Students graduate from the Second Chance School not only with a broad knowledge base but also with vocational qualifications, enabling them to secure meaningful employment or establish their own businesses. Our unique program adopts an Individualized Education Plan for each student, with a key focus on helping them discover and actualise their unique potential.
