Abhishek Chaturvedi is a development professional and has been working for the sector since a decade. He works as a Senior Manager (Grantmaking — Domestic and International) at CAF India, with its headquarters in UK . In recent years, he has been grant making, capacitating and closely working with over 50 NGOs in India and several corporate donors on varied causes from environment and health to education and livelihoods.

Anjali Alexander

Anjali Alexander is the Vice President of Mobile Creches (MC). After doing her post graduation in Economics, Ms. Alexander was working as a lecturer in a Delhi college. Her husband's posting in the USA exposed her to the culture of volunteering prevailing in that country. Subsequently, about nine years ago, a friend introduced her to MC. She met some of the key persons involved at that time, enrolled herself as a volunteer, and has never looked back since. She is now fully involved in the organization, spending about 4 to 5 hours a day there.

Dileep K. Ranjekar

Dileep Ranjekar is the CEO of the Azim Premji Foundation. The aim of the foundation is the universalization of education, based on an in-depth analysis of issues in elementary education in India .

Dilip Cherian

A founder partner of Perfect Relations, Dilip Cherian is widely regarded as India 's Image guru. He is also a columnist and has devoted readers of several newspapers in various parts of the country. He is also a former editor of Business India ( India 's largest business magazine) and the Observer newspaper. Dinesh Singh is the Director, University of Delhi , South Campus. He is also the Adjunct Professor of Mathematics, University of Houston , and the Director, Mathematical Sciences Foundation. His research interests include Functional Analysis, Harmonic Analysis, Operators and Function Theory. He is also a widely published author.

Dr. Janaki Rajan

Dr. Janaki Rajan is currently the Professor of Education at Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi . She has also served as the Director, State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT), Delhi from 2000-2006. She has been associated with teacher training, curriculum development and material development for the government and municipal corporation schools of Delhi . She initiated "Culture Quest", an on-line programme for government schools of Delhi with state schools at New York , in collaboration with the City College of City University of New York . She has also established alternative public schools for low-income neighbourhoods and has served as a member of the UNICEF Education for All working group. She holds a doctoral degree in Cognitive Development of Children, a Masters in Psychology, English and Education and a Bachelors Honours Degree in Chemistry.

Paro Anand

Paro Anand is the author of fifteen books for children with more coming soon. She is published in several anthologies and has written and spoken about children's literature in almost every major newspaper, magazine, television and radio channel including BBC London. She headed the National Centre for Children's Literature, National Book Trust, India , from 1996-2001. She is a world Record holder for helping almost 3000 children make the World's Longest Newspaper. As a storyteller, she has performed her stories in many parts of India , UK and Switzerland and France . She has also been associated with the Rajiv Gandhi Foundation since 2004, working with children who have been impacted by terrorist violence in Kashmir .

Ravi Singh

Ravi Singh is the Secretary General and CEO, WWF India. Saving India 's natural environment and its large cast of characters, including the big cats, is one of the abiding interests of his life. He says that leaving a high-profile corporate job with Deutsche Bank to join the World Wide Fund for Nature-India was one of the best things he ever did in his life.

Dr. Shalini Advani

Dr. Shalini Advani has been the Principal of the British School , New Delhi , one of India 's foremost international schools. She has written extensively on education and has worked as an educational consultant, advising promoters on setting up schools and on school improvement. She has long experience of systems development, school management and policy structure, staff development and management, building design for international schools, implementing effective learning systems to maximize student success, ICT implementation in supporting learning. She has conducted teacher development workshops in a number of schools. Her expertise is in the needs of the IGCSE and the International Baccalaureate programme at different levels and how they can be most effectively combined with the needs of Indian education. At present, she is the Director Education of Learn Today of India Today group.
