Founded in 2005, Ritinjali initiated its NIOS Certified skilling program with a dedicated mission to integrate young individuals into the workforce. The program is designed to empower those from underprivileged communities, providing them with high-quality training for financial independence. Ritinjali administers two vocational courses, affiliated with the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS): Certificate in Early Childhood & Care at Mahipalpur and Cutting, Tailoring & Dressmaking at Mahipalpur and Kusumpur Pahari in Vasant Vihar. These centres granted affiliation in 2005, have been instrumental in equipping over 600 students with skills to pursue livelihoods.

Under the guidance of committed instructors, students in the Cutting, Tailoring & Dressmaking program are taught both theory and practical aspects of the craft, including cutting, stitching, designing, and embroidery. The centre is well-equipped with regular machines, power machines, and fashion maker machines.

In the Early Childhood & Care program, budding early educators are trained in various aspects, including child development, nutrition, health, and inclusive teaching practices. Over 100 graduates from this program are now actively contributing to play schools and preschools, making a positive impact in the community.
