Shaping community through women educators

Supporting women to help the next generation thrive

Ritinjali’s ECCE programme was established to offer young women a pathway into the education sector, combining theoretical knowledge with hands-on learning. Accredited by the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS), the course covers the essentials of early childhood development, classroom management, health and nutrition, and pedagogical tools for preschool education.

The ECCE course is rooted in our broader vision of supporting women from underserved communities to access meaningful, long-term livelihoods. Through classroom training and practical internships in playschools and preschools, participants gain the confidence and skills to enter the early education workforce or pursue further studies in the field.

By integrating ECCE into our skilling strategy, Ritinjali creates opportunities not only for economic independence but also for community transformation—empowering women to become early childhood educators who nurture and shape the next generation.
